Speak Now or Forever Hold Your Peace

There will be a series of motivational games, how to write a good CV, trip to a local company and activities to help boost the confidence of the participants and give them a wider knowledge about communication skills used in different cultures.

The participants come from six European countries: Estonia, Italy, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Sweden and are expected to actively participate in group discussion about how certain habits, mimics or phrases are interpreted in their countries or share their personal opinions about what is expected from a young person who has just graduated school and is about to start independent life. Apart from encouraging intercultural dialogues, the youth exchange also focuses on personal growth by having the participants take apart in several team assignments and games that are aimed at raising their self-awareness and confidence.

The aim is for the participants from different cultural backgrounds to work together, learn from each other and share their own ideas. It will be an interesting experience and a chance to learn about how to feel and seem confident and knowledgeable
