Sounds of Unity

The project will be implemented in Estonia .
Our project includes an 9-day youth exchange program that will unite 40 young people from 5 different countries. The project aims to introduce local musical instruments and provide a platform for young participants to showcase their musical talents, challenge stereotypes, and collaborate in creating music influenced by diverse cultures.

During this youth exchange program, the young participants will begin by sharing the cultural and historical backgrounds of their music before performing it. Each country will utilize their traditional instruments to play their own music, thereby introducing unique instruments from each culture and generating greater interest in folk music. After presenting their respective cultural aspects, the participants will collaborate to blend different instruments and create new music collectively. This shared experience of crafting music will promote unity among young people from diverse countries, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and the preservation of folk music.
