Social Entrepreneurship Workshop

Erasmus+ KA152 youth mobility: 7-day social entrepreneurship workshop in Luxembourg for 30 youth (18-25) from 5 EU countries.

Project description:

Many young Europeans aged 18-25 face barriers to turning their passion for social and environmental change into action, including limited access to mentorship, peer networks, and practical business skills. Aligned with the European Green Deal, EU Youth Goals, and Erasmus+ priorities, the Social entrepreneurship workshop addresses this gap through a dynamic non-formal learning youth mobility project.

Over 12 months, 30 participants from five diverse EU countries will join a 7-day intercultural simulation in Luxembourg. Activities include climate crisis immersion with presentations, team-building and self-reflection, diverse team formation for idea brainstorming (leveraging the Medici effect), business plan development, and final pitching. Participants will gain entrepreneurial competencies, confidence, sustainability awareness, and knowledge of early-stage financing pathways, resulting in mentor-validated social enterprise ideas.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking NGOs (non-profit youth organisations, associations, or civil society groups) as partners for this Erasmus+ KA152 youth mobility project. Partners must be established in EU Programme Countries to ensure geographical diversity and strong intercultural exchange.

Expected roles:

- Recruit and prepare 5 motivated participants (aged 18-25) per partner
- Contribute to project preparation, implementation, and follow-up
- Support local dissemination of results

If your NGO aligns and is interested, please contact us by January 23, 2026.
