SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY - SESE

The lack of entrepreneurial skills came to the attention of the organization “Eurohugs” as a problem of youth organizations and young people that they work with the organization. Analyzing the problem I saw that young Europeans are facing the same problem, a problem which leads to a reduced number of young entrants to engage in work to set up their own business.
The project addresses a number of 49 young participants aged between 18 and 24 years old, unemployed, plus seven leaders from seven organizations from seven different countries - the main activity - youth exchange will take place over a period of ten days in the city Vilnius.
Young people interact and work in teams to learn and / or develop skills that will enable them to fill a job and / or opening a business with social impact.
These activities are designed to achieve three goals established by the promoters of the project, the stage of writing it as:
1.Restoring people’s trust in its own forces and the personal development of 60 young people unemployed aged between 18 and 30 years, from partner countries of the project through an activity which will take place 10 days.
2.Developing entrepreneurial skills and knowledge based on optimal management of available resources in the community among 49 young unemployed, aged between 18 and 30 years, for a period of ten days.
3.Increasing the level of knowledge related to the establishment of a company- stages, management costs among these 49 young people who have trouble finding a job, aged between 18 and 30 years.
4. Personal development for a total of 49 young people aged between 18 and 30 years, on an 10 days period.
This project was born after problems facing young Europeans namely: lack of jobs and the low number of young people who choose to open a business.
After ten days of activities, promoters will work on a brochure on the project, called SESE which will contain details of the Erasmus Plus, details of the partners of the project, results of the project, methods used and also steps must follow in order to open a business with social impact and how you can find a job easily.
Also the promoters, in March 2018, will organize workshops dedicated representatives of the target group ( young unemployed aged between 18 and 30 years of project partners' countries), workshops in which participants will learn how to prepare a CV and writes of intent, and how they can achieve their own business with social impact.
These methods of dissemination were designed to multiply the impact achieved by the project namely the increase information on ways to find a job and social stages of opening a business in the among unemployed youth.
