Social entrepreneurship as tool for social inclusion

The project aims to develop in the participant strong capacity of critical thinking in order to enhance their employability through their own self-development

''Social entrepreneurship as tool for social inclusion'' aims at exploring the concept of social entrepreneurship as an innovative way to solve social problems in youth work using entrepreneurial skills. Social entrepreneurship is an alternative way of civic engagement and participation, as it offers a chance to enter the public sphere and the labour market, at the same time it is an attempt to give an appropriate answer to the important issue of youth unemployment.

The researches show that there is a high percentage of unemployment of young people in EU & Western Balkan countries. We believe that one of the possible answers to the present issue of employability is to promote social engagement through social entrepreneurship, giving the proper tools of self development and self-realization.

The project aims to develop in the participant strong capacity of problem solving and creative thinking in order to enhance their employability through their own self-development.
