RURAL IMPACT LAB – European Blended Social Entrepreneurship Activation Model for Rural NEETs
We are preparing a KA220-YOU Cooperation Partnership under Erasmus+ (Inclusion + Digital priorities) focused on empowering rural NEETs (16–24) through social entrepreneurship.
The project will develop and test a Blended Social Impact Lab Model, combining:
• Local Social Impact Labs (6–8 sessions per country)
• A digital incubator platform (learning modules + AI-supported tools + structured mentor feedback system)
• Prototype development support
• National pitch events
• A final European Youth Social Innovation Forum in Brussels, including dialogue with Members of the European Parliament
The project aims to:
• Increase employability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of rural NEETs
• Build youth workers’ capacity in impact-first entrepreneurship education
• Develop a transferable European methodology for inclusive social entrepreneurship activation
• Produce open-access tools and a policy brief on youth social entrepreneurship
Current partnership includes:
• Entrepreneurial incubator (Spain – coordinator)
• NGOs specialised in entrepreneurship, social networking and IT development (Romania)
• NGO specialised in emotional intelligence & mindset development (Spain)
• Entrepreneurship foundation (Bulgaria)
We are looking for complementary partners with expertise in:
• NEET outreach in rural areas
• Social enterprise practice
• Youth work & inclusion
• Public authorities / municipalities (rural focus)
• Impact measurement
Target group: Rural NEETs (16–24), minimum 30 participants per country.
Planned budget: €250,000
Duration: 24 months
