Social Economy in Practice

Social Economy in Practice is an Erasmus+ KA210-YOU project for young people aged 18–30, introducing the social economy as a pathway for entrepreneurship and employment while developing practical business, financial and digital skills. The project is planned as a 20-month partnership across three countries.

Participants will explore how social and cooperative enterprises operate, including their governance, business models and financial fundamentals, while developing digital competences relevant to entrepreneurship and organisational practice. The learning process will combine national activities, online learning and a transnational meeting, where participants will engage with social and cooperative enterprises and examine their practices across different European contexts.

The project will also bring together its learning materials, practical exercises and methodology in an open toolkit that can be reused by youth and social economy organizations.

We are currently looking for a coordinating youth organization with experience in non-formal learning, employability and entrepreneurship, and a partner with expertise in digital skills development and training. Both partners should bring relevant experience or established connections with the social economy.
