The S.O.S.I.A. project aims to provide internal staff, particularly project managers, with the knowledge and practical skills needed to carry out their SIA.
In recent decades, third sector and nonprofit organizations have increasingly been seen as essential organizations for addressing social problems, promoting community well-being, and supporting sustainable development. The effectiveness of these organizations is often assessed through their transparency, accountability and the measurable impact of their programs on the community.
The S.O.S.I.A. project aims to provide internal staff, particularly project managers, with the knowledge, tools and practical skills needed to carry out their SIA (Social Impact Assessment). By providing an online training course, hands-on experience in impact assessment, and the development of guidelines, the project builds sustainable internal capacity for organizations to independently assess and monitor their social impact in the future.
