Skills for Social Entrepreneurship

Our project will bring together 30 youth workers from six different countries in order to develop their skills of social entrepreneurship in youth work.

Through this project we will create a great opportunity to produce change and remove barriers that may hinder the natural evolution of social entrepreneurship in the EU, largely due to poor development of skills of youth workers in this segment of entrepreneurship.
So, our project will bring together 30 young people from six different countries in order to develop their skills in working with young social entrepreneurs in their communities.
The training will take place in Timisoara, Romania, from 20 until August 30, 2016
Our goals are:
-obiectivul of the project is to succeed in developing skills and ensuring the successful abilitatil field of social entrepreneurship among 30 youth workers coming from socially disadvantaged areas Programme partner countries, besides countries are Programme countries, in a project for a year, a series of specific workshops for 10 days in Timisoara, Romania.
Secondary endpoints:
stimulating the creativity and innovation in the target group but also secondary target groups
- Combating unemployment and lack of opportunities among disadvantaged youth employability socio.economic by to provide young people solutions and tools to support them in their quest to become social entrepreneurs in communities to which they belong.
-Encouraging cooperation with other organizations (in particular those of the partner countries not only from countries that are part of the Programme)
-To promote diversity and tolerance among young people
-in influencing authorities to take measures conducive to encourage entrepreneurship in the social field.
