Skill-Sharing about creative protest-technics to fight back the far-right backslash in Europe

We need a partner for a Transnational youth initiative. Our idea is to perform workshops in the area of creative protest against the far-right backlash.

We are looking for partners for a Transnational Youth Initiative. We want to work about creative protest tactics to empower young people in europe, to fight back the the far-right backslash. We would like to start in fall of 2017, and proceed the projekt for one year.

Our idea for a project is to a series of skillsharing-workshops about creative protest against the far-right backslash. We want to explore, how other young people in informal organised political interested groups face these problems in their countries. We are interested, in which way you deal with that in your hometown and homecontries. Which protest-technics to you use? On which ways and by which tactics do you try to influence politics?

So that means, that we do already a meeting befor the aplication-process an talk about, what the rise of far-rightwing means to us and how this could be tacled by creative protest tactics. Especially we should decide how much workshops we want to do in the year we aplicate for and which toppics they have. Finally this should lead to a common plan, what we write into the aplication.

Then we organice maybe 4 to 5 skillsharing workshops in Berlin, and our partners do also 4 to 5 skillsharing-workshops in there city. For connection we do a meeting once a months. And in the end and the beginning we do some kind of project-presentation to the public together.

What to we expect?
We tried already one year ago to find partners for a simular idea on SALTO.
https://www.salto-youth.net/tools/otlas-partner-finding/project/skill-sharing-on-creative-protest-technics-on-a-european-level.8047/

It was not really sucessful, so we decided to write more about our expectations:

We do not want to patronize our partners. We want to organice this on an equal footing. In our oppinion this means it would be the best, if our partners would be organiced quite simimar to us:

- an informal group
- up to 20 Members
- interest in (leftwing) politics
- non-hierarchical group structures

We like the idea of transnational youth initiative, because it means that we in Berlin to a project autonomously by us, and our partners are doing more or less the same project autonomously and self-organiced by there own. That sounds to us as a good combination of autonomity of the partners and connection between the partners.

So please do not expact us to organice your project. Do not expect us to do the aplycation alone. We should do that together.
