Sketching Impact: Training Youth Workers in Visual Facilitation

The project in Germany trains youth workers in visual facilitation tools to make workshops and projects more inclusive and engaging.

Many youth workers struggle to communicate complex ideas effectively to young people. Visualisation tools make learning more inclusive, engaging, and memorable.
While these methods are powerful, formal training opportunities for youth workers in Europe remain limited. Sketching Impact” responds to this gap by providing hands-on training, peer learning, and practical outcomes.

Project Objectives

1. To equip youth workers with practical visualisation skills for workshops, training, and youth projects.
2. To increase confidence in using visuals regardless of artistic ability.
3. To promote non-formal learning methodologies that enhance participation and creativity.
4. To foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange among youth workers.
