She Is Hacking aims to train young women in computer and phone repair and supports them in creating tech solutions to address community needs.

She Is Hacking is an international initiative promoting gender equality, digital inclusion, and empowerment of girls and young women through technology, social innovation, and international cooperation.
We are preparing to implement the project in Sub-Saharan Africa and European countries and are looking for partner organizations committed to education, youth, gender, and digital transformation that are interested in co-creating an initiative with social impact and international reach.

Our target group consists of young female university students in STEM fields who face structural barriers, including limited access to electronic devices and resources at universities, in a context where women remain underrepresented in science and technology. To address these challenges, we seek not only financial support, but also social and mentoring support from partners to foster inclusion and long-term participation of young women in science and technology.
