Sharing the Past, Inspiring the Future Together

In today’s digital world, many young people feel disconnected from their cultural roots, seeing heritage as distant from their daily lives. We believe that heritage isn’t just a relic of the past; when reimagined through digital creativity, it becomes a living bridge between generations, cultures and identities. SHIFT is a youth-led project that empowers youth workers and young people to safeguard and reinterpret Europe’s cultural heritage. Through workshops, podcasts, animation and open access platforms, participants will collect, digitize and creatively share stories and traditions from Iceland, Türkiye, Greece and Finland.
