We are looking for an organization or Roma education assistant which work with Roma children as a person which originated by the local Roma communities, knows well the students, their school and home problems, not afraid of challenges and possible pressure from the Roma themselves, and also understands the need for education.
The scope of the work we are interested assistant working methods with the child, accompanying him with homework, and to highlight the problems teachers for different subjects. This would also help to introduce additional remedial classes for Roma pupils, in parallel with the Program funded primarily from the Polish language, but also in other subjects and to ensure that children take in them.
During 7-days training, which will take place in Poland, nearly Baltic Sea, participants will be encouraged to create a network of organizations which they work in similar field, working group will create their own base of the presented methods of non-formal education that can be used in daily work with students.
Content of the training:
1. Give the new innovation working methodology to your work,
2. Use examples and good practices of visibility and to discover how to support and reinforce your own practices,
3. How to motivate pupils to systematic work,
4. Experiences sharing,
We are looking for minimum 8 partners and 2 people from each country.
