Sending/Hosting ESC partner for your projects

My name is Slavica, a project coordinator at Topluma Destek Derneği.

Our organisation is settled in Canakkale, a city in the West part of Turkey.

Our organisation was formed in 2017 but since then we are actively working in the field of youth development, human rights, women empowerment and rights, children, education, nature, ecology etc. and organised more than 200 events and local projects. Personally, as a coordinator, I have been active in this field since 2009.

We had also, we are actively participating in different kind of projects under the Erasmus plus program and we can happily say that we can find suite participants for every kind of project.

Recently we received an ESC accreditation and we will be happy to work with you in this field. We have accreditation for hosting 2 volunteers.

The procedure that we are doing as a supporting organization is going like this:

Announcement of the available placement for volunteers
Collection of Cv’s & ML’s and share it with hosting partner
For selection; arranging Skype meetings, other necessary communications.
Results
Informing the volunteer and helping him to make his passport
Pre-departure meeting- online meeting to give him more information about the program, project and answer the possible questions
Helping him in collecting visa documents ( of course with your help because you can better know which documents will be in need for the visa)
Prepare health insurance (CIGNA) for the volunteer
Helping in the creation of the activity agreement
Giving support to him and advice about travelling
Staying in touch after the arrival
helping with the promotion visualization and dissemination of the project results
We can be your hosting/ sending partners for your projects or if you like to send or host some of our volunteers for short or long term we can even include you in our projects.
