Seminar for trainers

- What can you expect:

. A 5 days contact making seminar aiming to improve the quality of Erasmus+ Training Courses;
. A program which will involve the participants to share and discuss good practices and challenges experienced during trainings (related with training planning and implementation and debating problems faced during these processes);
. Improve your skills as a trainer;
. Work on common future projects and develop partnerships.

Goals:

The seminar is based on Non-formal education methods and in learning by doing. We will actively and together:
. Share educational methods, ideas and tricks;
. Learn how to communicate efficiently in the group (power of TC content);
. Discuss how to improve professional development of trainers;
. Develop intercultural competence;
. Discuss training as a way to promote tolerance and respect toward all.

Participants' Profile:

In order to maximize the results and conclusions, the seminar must collect trainers with some experience. This means:

. Trainers with already some experience in implementation of trainings within the field of Non-Formal Education and Youth in Action/ Erasmus+ Programme (min. 2 training courses developed), clear open to share their experience and open to learn more with the group.
. Trainers who want to develop their competences as trainers and want to extend their knowledge to European level.
