Seeking partner - Small Scale - Cultural Heritage - Rural development

We are looking for a experienced partner in the field of ural development and cultural heritage.

Responding to the need identified in the elderly rural population concerned about the risk of loss of their cultural and, in particular, gastronomic heritage. The project seeks to establish a bridge between generations and territories through digital tools that facilitate the intergenerational preservation of knowledge, strengthening social cohesion and promoting local sustainability through responsible production and gastronomic tourism. In order to achieve the objectives, the following activities will be carried out: Coordination between partners through regular meetings to optimise resources. Research on five traditional foods in each region to compile their cultural value. Development of digital tools (interactive guide and recipe book). Gastronomic workshops to promote social cohesion and responsible consumption. Dissemination through the web, social networks and local forums.

The GARAI project will preserve gastronomic heritage by collecting and disseminating information on traditional foods. It will foster social cohesion by creating a bridge between generations through gastronomic workshops. It will develop accessible digital tools to preserve traditions and boost local sustainability by promoting gastronomic production and tourism, ensuring wide dissemination to maximise impact.
