We are looking for an applicant to lead environmental action and sustainability efforts through the eco-Teens Collaboration Hub (TECH) project.
We invite interested organizations to join us in a transformative journey towards empowering youth to lead environmental action and sustainability efforts through the eco-Teens Collaboration Hub (TECH) project.
Overview:
The TECH project is designed to address pressing environmental challenges by equipping students and educators with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to take meaningful action. Through collaborative efforts and innovative methods, the project seeks to nurture eco-conscious world citizens capable of advocating for sustainability and making an impact on their communities and beyond.
Our project aims not only to create environmental awareness but also to enrich this understanding with AI-supported and STEM activities. It also focuses on training teens to advocate for sustainable practices in their schools and communities while providing them with essential skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration.
Objectives:
Cultivate active citizenship among students, fostering leadership in environmental sustainability.
Provide a cohesive EU-coordinated approach to environmental education that integrates formal and informal learning experiences.
Equip teens with practical knowledge and tools to tackle issues like climate change, biodiversity loss, and waste management.
Develop an "Eco-TECH" online platform for sharing resources, initiating campaigns, and fostering cross-border collaboration among eco-teens.
Expected Outcomes:
An online collaboration hub for eco-teens across Europe.
eTwinning project
Sustainable habits and actionable strategies for students and educators.
Dynamic learning experiences through mobilities, workshops, and expert interactions.
