Seeding jobs

The project wants to analyse the links between volunteering and actual jobs. Brainstorming and guidelines for volunteering that can lead to better job market.

The promoter of the project, ICV is an international volunteer organization and it firmly believes in volunteering as a form of result delivery and skills refining.

Volunteering can be a spring board and a link toward the job market for younger people that do not have professional experience, but also for more experienced workers that are in the process of changing jobs or have moved abroad in search of better possibilities.

The project wants the participants to focus of the chances offered by volunteering, not only EVS, and the employment policies currently existing, like Schengen.

Possibility to "institutionalize" volunteering and create platforms for exchange of skills and experiences also using new technologies.
