Many of our youth workers collaborate in the training of security workers, teaching practical martial arts, combat sports, effective communication and conflict management.
In Italy many universitary and unemployed students approach this world by attending specific training courses.
We would like to compare and exchange good practices with other organizations that deal with this type of training, in order to be able to subsequently organize mobility projects for youth workers but also youth exchanges.
