Training Course to open social businesses at rural areas for youth workers and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The project consists of a 5-day international training course on the sustainability of social entrepreneurship in rural areas, dedicated to Youth Workers who wish to develop or open social businesses. There will be insights into companies that use art, culture and technology as a social development but not only. By acquiring methodologies, tools and approaches to self-employment, youth workers will be able to become social innovators with a consequent increase in social inclusion, participation in social life and active in the world of work. The course will also explore innovative digital tools useful for business development (Artificial Intelligence) and study Case Histories.
Results:
- 5-day training course (business model, business plan, how to looking for funds, AI tools)
- Network (with sharing of training material, Video Tutorials, Infographics, insights on AI and how to use it, etc..)
- 2 post-course video tutorials
The participants are expected to:
• be youth workers/aspiring who would like to open a social business in own country;
• be willing to invest into their personal and professional development;
• be motivated to try out new methods and tools and apply them with their target groups;
• be a part of partner organization and not fished in the web;
• be fluent in English (we share online english courses for free);
• be over 18 y.o.;
• fully participate for the whole duration of the project;
• be ready to engage actively in all physical and mental activities;
• be aware that youth worker training is not a holiday but a learning experience.
• be motivated to organize follow-up activities after the training course
As a partner organization you are expected to:
• have the capacity to provide contribution to the timetable of activities;
• react to our emails and other types of communication in real time;
• provide a proper pre-departure training;
• be fully involved in the dissemination process in your Country.
• be involved/help participants to organize follow up events at the local level;
