Scouts4Future

The main goal of this project is to create a space for young people affiliated with scouting organizations from different European countries to integrate, exchange experiences, and to cooperate creatively (primarily in the creation of the main effect of the exchange - a program proposal for scout teams in each organization).
We want young scouts to have the opportunity to meet their friends from other European countries and learn about the history, traditions and forms of work of other scout organizations. Activities in the project will allow them to see what they have in common and what is different. Thanks to the exchange, the participating people will be able to share knowledge and experience with each other and acquire new valuable competencies.
Most of the participating people are those who have a long history of belonging to their organizations and know the scouting movement in their country very well. Unfortunately, they have not had many opportunities to get to know scouts outside their countries, so we want to give them the opportunity to do so. We believe that this will not only benefit their scouting development, but, like any exchange, will allow them to broaden their horizons and gain a different, cross-cultural perception of the reality around them.
We are looking for people between the ages of 18 and 24.
