Say Stop to Bullying!

Aim is to empower youth with skills and knowledge which are important for realizing how they can help to stop bullying in school.

Duration of the project activities: 8 days +2 travel days (April 2019)
Age level of the participants: 15-20
Number of the participants: 5+1
Location: Sakarya, Turkey

The overall objective of the youth exchange is to reduce bullying in school through finding working solutions for that problem. The aim is to empower youth with skills and knowledge which are important for realizing how they can help to stop bullying in school and make the school environment save for every student.

Bullying in school is a worldwide problem and can have lifelong consequences. To stop that youth are going to learn how to recognize different bullying types. In the second part youth are going to make co-operation to work out methods they can use to prevent and stop bullying in their schools. After the exchange the participants are going to make workshops in their home schools to spread the methods and technics to other students to improve the school learning environments for better and safer.

To achieve all that, the aims of the exchange are:
- To share participants own experience and learn from them
- Learn how to notice and prevent bullying in an early stage
- Get the knowledge and work out methods how they can stop bullying without being bullied themselves
- Get motivation and courage to step in.
