S.A.H.N.E. – Stage Action for Harmony, Networking & Empowerment

Inception, an informal youth group from Istanbul (OID: E10436164), is looking for 3 sending partners from EU Member States for a KA152 Youth Exchange titled S.A.H.N.E. – Stage Action for Harmony, Networking & Empowerment.
THE CHALLENGE: Young people across Europe spend increasing hours on screens, weakening face-to-face communication, empathy and social skills. At the same time, awareness of the UN Sustainable Development Goals remains low among youth.
OUR APPROACH: We use "Sahne" (Stage), an original theatre-based board game designed by our group members and registered with the Turkish Ministry of Culture. In the game, players perform improvised theatre scenes based on all 17 UN SDGs, followed by structured debates. No scripts, no screens — just creativity, empathy and teamwork.
THE ACTIVITY: A 10-day Youth Exchange in Istanbul bringing together approximately 28 young people (aged 18–30) from 4 countries. Each day focuses on a different SDG cluster through Sahne gameplay, improvisation workshops, cultural exchanges, field visits and digital content creation. The programme includes a "Digital Detox" day, intercultural evenings, a final SDG tournament and Youthpass certification.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN PARTNERS: Youth NGOs, associations or informal groups with experience in Erasmus+ youth projects, working with young people aged 18–30. Each partner selects 6 participants + 1 group leader. Partners contribute to programme design with cultural content, lead their national group during the exchange, and organise follow-up dissemination activities in their country.
ERASMUS+ PRIORITIES ADDRESSED: Participation and democratic engagement; Inclusion and diversity; Digital transformation (conscious digital use); Green sustainability (all 17 SDGs embedded in gameplay).
TIMELINE: Application deadline 1 October 2026 (Round 2). Activity planned for Spring 2027. All travel, accommodation and activity costs covered by the Erasmus+ grant.
PREFERRED COUNTRIES: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Croatia — but open to other EU/programme countries.
