Rural Development Project-Nature Academy!

Through our `Rural Development Project - Nature
Academy!`, which aims to support a series of cultural educational activities in nature: organic farming,
courses, camps, workshops, hiking and other actions in rural and mountain areas with our methodology we
aim at the development of the personality of youths in
the community by forming habits of free and
spontaneous manifestation.

- Personal autonomy and independence;
- Entrepreneurship skills: problem solving, analytical
and critical thinking, effectively mobilize/select
resources, decision-making, plan, organize and persist
with the learning objectives, evaluate, seek
support, reflect on the learning growth and personal
development;
- Multicultural and socioeconomic dimensions of EU
societies; understanding local, national, EU/EaP
cultures and expressions, languages, heritage and
traditions, cultural diversity;
- Effective communication in English and basic
communication in Romanian;
