Project Summary:
The ReWell4Nurse project aims to develop modular learning packages and simulations focusing on psychological resilience, stress management, empathy, and emotional empowerment for nursing students and healthcare workers at EQF levels 4–6. These modules will be supported by digital and real case-based simulations, work-based learning, and video scenarios.

The project seeks to strengthen nurses’ self-awareness, psychological resilience, and motivation, while addressing their need for psychological support. Ultimately, it aims to foster well-equipped and resilient professionals in the healthcare labor market.

Looking for Partners:
We are looking for partners from the following countries and with the following profiles:

Countries: Portugal, Netherlands, Croatia, Greece, Italy

Type of Institutions:

-VET providers offering nursing education at EQF levels 4-5 (vocational schools, nursing training centers, etc.)
-Technology institutions/companies with capacity to provide VR/AR or digital simulation solutions
-Sectoral representatives who can enhance the applicability of project outputs (hospitals, chambers, care centers, etc.)
