Respira

Partner Call – KA152 Youth Exchange Project Respira: Mental Health Recovery and International Solidarity after Disasters

The Respira Project is a KA152 Erasmus+ Youth Exchange focusing on mental health recovery and resilience-building for young people affected by natural disasters.

Inspired by the devastating 6 February earthquakes in Türkiye and other global crises such as wildfires, floods, and earthquakes worldwide, Respira aims to create a safe intercultural space where young people (18–30) from disaster-affected regions can:

Reflect on their experiences,

Develop tools for coping with trauma,

Strengthen their social inclusion,

Rebuild confidence through creative and non-formal learning methods.

The project will combine nature-based workshops, digital storytelling, dance and movement therapy, intercultural dialogue, and peer-to-peer support activities.
