RESET EUROPE – Building Emotionally Intelligent, Resilient and Connected Young Europeans

A 7-day Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange bringing together 24 young people (18–30) from Spain and 3 partner countries to develop emotional intelligence, resilience, communication and intercultural competences.

Through non-formal, experiential methodologies — outdoor challenges, role play, storytelling, peer learning and guided reflection — participants explore self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy and healthy relationships, closing with a personal action plan and Youthpass.

The project supports inclusion (min. 20% fewer opportunities), active citizenship, sustainability and digital wellbeing, addressing rising anxiety, loneliness and digital dependency among European youth.
