Research about the effects of the nature on the development of the children by comparing the children living in different geographies

We will try to reveal and examine the effect of nature on the psychological and social development of children by comparing the children living in the city and the children living in the countryside in coexistence with nature through the questionnaires we will prepare. We will discuss together the results of the surveys to be prepared on the developmental processes and skills of children, make comparisons and share the data we have obtained in a report.

The project emerged to draw attention to the problems and disruptions in the development process of children who have been cut off from nature due to the impact of urbanization and technological developments. Although technological developments have positive effects, there are also negative effects that we ignore. Making children dependent on technological activities, minimizing social interaction with people, turning them into asocial individuals are some of them. Although technological developments do not know the limit and there is no place where it does not reach,by examining the children who live in nature in coexistence we want to investigate the opportunity of these children to be intertwined with nature and other living things naturally and their way of interaction with people in a lively way, not through technological tools and social media. Also we want to observe the skills that nature has given them. At the same time, we want to observe the negative effects of living away from technology. We would like to draw attention to the results such as the destruction of green through shortcomings of activities such as urbanization and technological developments,albeit indirectly, through the surveys that we will carry out with experimental groups that will be created from the children living in the city and the children living in the rural areas. In this way , we want to be a source of inspiration with our activities in order to leave a greener world to future generations .
