Ready to collaborate and join your KA1 projects
Association Assafaa is a proactive NGO based in Agadir, Morocco, committed to bridging youth development with international cooperation. We act as a regional leader in the Southern Mediterranean, specializing in creating inclusive social spaces where young people engage in meaningful initiatives. Our team is highly experienced in navigating the Erasmus+ framework with technical precision.
In the 2026 cycle alone, we successfully joined three diverse consortia. This includes two KA152 Youth Exchanges with partners from Türkiye and Serbia, and one KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers with a Spanish lead organization. We are now eager to build on this momentum for the 2027 application rounds.
Beyond Erasmus+, we have extensive experience managing international projects with the EU, such as Med Dialogue. Our NGO also features a dedicated EU Jeel Connector responsible for promoting EU programs locally and connecting youth within the MENA region. We maintain a global outlook, collaborating with various international organizations worldwide to support youth development.
We have many approved synergies for 2026, including partnerships with the ifa CCP Synergy program and the ALF in Motion program. These successful collaborations demonstrate our readiness to expand our impact further into the 2027 cycle.
We offer deep thematic expertise and are ready to work on projects related to the environment, arts, and the digital field, as well as other youth-related topics. Our current focus includes Circular Economy and Sustainable Development, specifically textile recycling through projects like Eco Bag 2. Additionally, we specialize in Digital Literacy, media integrity, and enhancing regional connectivity through frameworks like EU MedBridge and EU Jeel Connect.
For European organizations looking for a high-quality venue, we are eager to host in Agadir. The city is a premier destination for international programs, having been involved in the CAN 2025 and selected as a host city for the 2030 World Cup. Agadir's capacity for major events is well-proven; even SALTO has organized events here, alongside many Erasmus+ projects.
Known worldwide for its stunning beauty and world-class surf spots, Agadir offers an inspiring backdrop for youth work. Beyond the coast, it is a gateway to incredible destinations like the Atlas Mountains and the Souss-Massa National Park, providing a rich cultural and natural experience for participants.
We have an established consortium involving partners from three other countries and are ready to form new partnerships for 2027. Whether you are developing a proposal in your own country or wish to choose the vibrant city of Agadir as the host location for your initiatives, we provide a stable and professional environment to ensure success.
