Re-Turtle

The sea turtles first started to visit Pamucak bay by 2013 but no longer much
visit the bay of ancient city Ephesus named as Pamucak in Selçuk İzmir ! The
guilt is shared sure to all of us.. We feared them with our wastes.. Those are
sensible livings.. But its time to recall them !
In our project we want to form three dimensional sea turtles at different sizes
with natural and non-natural waste materials in the concept of recycle and land
art to call them back to this lovely bay ! Even surrounding egging areas with
them for the sea turtles ! Making warning signs for people also..

We want to build a net to express our message with nonformal methods trough
the universal language of art within our partners coming from European Union
Programme countries which has coasts surrounding Europe by three seas.
We want to celebrate 1st of June : " The world sea turtle month " with striking
outcomes from our project !

Project Activity Time : 26 May - 2nd of June 2019
Project Venue : Pamucak Bay Selçuk İzmir

All food and accomodation will be covered
in the budget system of KA105 YE -
travels in distance system of Erasmus+
Note that we will stay in bungalows and-or tents
in a natural place with mosquitos or other
natural facts (wind-sea-bees etc.)..
