Re-Thinking Culture with AI

KA210 Youth project exploring how AI can support cultural organisations and youth workers in engaging young people through ethical, non-formal learning.

This project idea represents our first step into the Erasmus+ programme, and we approach it with strong motivation, openness and curiosity.
Bebop S.r.l. is an all-around consulting company with solid experience in training, innovation and digital transformation, and we recently created a dedicated European Projects Unit (Area Europa) to focus on transnational cooperation and EU funded projects. Through Erasmus+, we want to grow together with our partners and build meaningful, people-centred European collaborations.

The project aims to explore how artificial intelligence can be used responsibly and creatively within cultural organisations, especially those working with young people and local communities. While AI tools are becoming increasingly accessible, many cultural organisations and youth workers still lack the skills, confidence and critical understanding needed to use them in an ethical, conscious and meaningful way.

We are looking for a cultural organisation (association, NGO, cooperative, cultural space or similar) that:
• is interested in strengthening the digital and AI literacy of its staff, volunteers or youth workers, and/or
• works with a community of young people that could benefit indirectly from more engaging, inclusive and innovative cultural activities.

Rather than offering a one-way or purely vertical training, we want to co-design a learning journey together. The project is conceived as a collaborative and exploratory process, where partners:
• analyse their real needs and context,
• experiment with AI tools applied to communication, storytelling, audience engagement or cultural activities,
• exchange feedback, experiences and challenges,
• and jointly develop practical outputs (e.g. guidelines, toolkits, methodologies) that can be reused and adapted by other cultural organisations.

The direct target group will be youth workers, staff members, volunteers and young professionals active in cultural organisations.
The indirect beneficiaries will be the young people and communities reached by these organisations through improved cultural activities, communication and engagement practices.

The project will be based on non-formal learning, peer exchange and practical experimentation, with a strong focus on:
• ethical and responsible use of AI,
• critical thinking and awareness,
• inclusion and accessibility,
• European cooperation and shared values.

We are not looking for a “finished” idea or a ready-made solution, but for motivated partners who want to build something together, learn from each other and grow through their first or next Erasmus+ experience.
If you are a cultural organisation curious about AI, digital tools and innovation — even without prior experience — we would be very happy to explore this journey together.
