Radio E-volution training - Broaden horizons

This training is targeted to partners who are willing and ready to engage responsibly in building internet radio network. At this point we have already youth media product that includes a blog and radio supported mainly by young people and EVS volunteers - www.e-volutionradio.com. Our desire with this project is to expand the scope of our work, namely to make a comprehensive weekly program broadcast inclusions from different parts of Europe and not only Europe, according to the countries of the partner organizations. The main areas in which we operate our youth media, and we would like to develop in the future are society, culture, youth, ecology, youth projects and working methods. The main goals that we set in our work are:
* Activation of young people from the region and the country to civil processes, understanding them as part of a public mechanism and citizens of Europe; Better understanding of democracy as a fundamental European value;
* Sharing best practices related to civil society and asserting its rights;
* Sharing best practices related to the program "Erasmus +" and results of completed youth projects; sharing working methods of non-formal education;
* Better information for young people through radio forum about the possibilities for European education, training, volunteering, internships.
* Promotion of EVS
* Sharing and promoting ideas for entertainment for the younsters
The idea of this training is to find organizations with an interest in these areas and on-line media to establish long-term partnership in the expansion and development of youth media with an international dimension. Duty of partner organizations and the host organization and primary objective of the project is the creation of such radio network based mainly on the active involvement of the participants in the follow-up activities and making weekly broadcasts on their side and maintain news blog.
We will seek partners who possibly are EVS accredited to be able to create long-term partnerships for receiving and sending volunteers, working in the media and in particular making internet radio.
During the training we will deal with the preparation of the concepts of several weekly programs in English, and at the request by the participants of the national languages of the different partners. We will work on familiarizing the participants with the overall appearance of the media product: its interface, music program, advertisement, etc, and will be looking for new ideas for its development and improvement. Will emphasize and work with some social networks like Facebook to create a good platform for communication between the partners and promotion of the radio.
During the training all participants will be introduced in the theoretical and technical sides in making internet radio. It will be shown what programs they can use to be able to broadcast from their studios /Computers/ and how they can connect and directly transmitted from there.
Upon completion of this training partners will have to make a point of broadcasting and making at least one weekly broadcast in their countries, cities, offices for this purpose will be needed not a great investment and will be used their technical knowledge and skills gained during the training. The experience in the media field is optional. Organizations that already have Internet radio, can participate in the training provided that they actively will be involved in broadcasting and making broadcasts on line through the line /IP/ of Radio E-volution.
This project is good for organizations with an interest in the field of on-line media, music editing and making playlists, working with volunteers and young people in civic education, active in social media.
The training will be held in early September 2017 in the town of Sliven, Bulgaria.
