Quality in Learning Mobility

The TC aim; To increase the quality of mobility projects through improves youth workers' project management competencies within EPLM quality tools

“Learning mobility in the youth field is gaining both momentum and relevance in Europe, and the number of projects and beneficiaries are increasing every year. For this reason, maintaining the focus on quality is of the utmost importance”

Quality in Learning Mobility training course project will bring together project managers, youth workers, youth leaders, representatives of the youth organizations from EU countries.

Project Objectives;
•To get a better understanding of quality aspects on learning mobility.
•To provide new information about the European Platform on Learning Mobility (EPLM )
•To analyze each step of project management (rationale, preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow up) and to improve these steps in terms of process and quality results.
•To raise awareness of the learning mobility
•To reflect on the roles, responsibilities and challenges within the project management system
•To support EU 2027 Youth Strategy on 11 European Youth Goals
•To develop youth workers’ knowledge, skills, attitudes, ability and improve their experience with new tools on learning mobility
•To create solid networks of contacts and partnerships,
•To support non-formal learning on mobility project

The main subjects of this training course are:
•Understanding the concept of European Platform on Learning Mobility (EPLM )
•Learn and share the dimensions of learning mobility
•Create and share Tools for Quality in Learning Mobility
•Learn and share on quality principles and indicators on mobility projects
•Promote the Q-App on mobility projects
•Promote Handbook On Quality In Learning Mobility in the field of youth
•Set up quality partnerships on mobility projects

Methodology and methods ; The course methodology is based on the concept of experiential learning, in an atmosphere where participants can learn a lot from each other and have a lot of fun! The methodologies and methods in the project will be non-formal education-based. We will use non-formal training methods during the project activities such as group works, discussions, statement exercise, lectures, simulation, individual and groups reflections, interactive workshops, and participative presentations, consultations, exercises and self-assessment, etc.
