Qualifying those furthest from the job market
The unemployment rate is lower, we are facing the needs of those furthest from the job market. We intend to find ways to arise their motivation for trainings.
Our project is not yet fully developed. We would like to exchange practices on how to deal with the needs of those furthest from the job market, to develop a curriculum and tools to increase their motivation, their abilities to qualify so that they can enter the job market, to organize meetings with some of them in partners countries.
We are also interested in being a partner for this kind of project.

The target group is mainly young people between 17 to 26 year old that have to face one (or more) obstacles to their job integration. The project will have to take these specific needs into account.
