"Put Your Plan Into Action"

The project "Put Your Plan Into Action" will held in Turkey will assure the best training quality and accommodation conditions fitted in the EU requirements. The activity will be held during 9th to 17th July 2017.
It is hard for youngsters to find a job, improve the economic situation and have career advancement; It is hard for them to understand from where to start to look for a job, to find what they want to do and discover their potential; therefore it is necessary that they take professional advice and be informed how to work and improve their knowledge and how to be active and responsible citizen. In these regards, we will prepare youth workers to become youth career advisors for youth seek employment, career orientation or self development.
The main objective is to prepare a number of 27 youth workers become career advisors during the project.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To fortify the personal progress opportunities, individual skills and powers of 27 youth workers from 8 partner organizations (4 Program Countries and 4 Partner Countries ) with a 8 days (including arrival departure days) training course;
2. Creating a compendium of at least 10 practices and methods which youth workers may use to help youth prepare for the employability market.
3. To constitute new synergies between the partner promoters of this project and at least 3 other organizations, within at least 5 months after the training course;
4. During 6 days of this training in order to increase the quality of youth workers and activities in favor of students, trainees and volunteers, gaining new skills and methods in helping them to prepare for the employability market.
5. A wider understanding of practices, policies and systems in non formal education and training in order to gain high-quality learning outcomes for the youth workers.
NUMBER AND PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS
The training will be held by 27 participants and each organization will send four participants. The partners will manage selecting the youth who are active youth workers and have involvement in career consultancy or intend to involve in this area. Moreover, the participants come from disadvantaged economic backgrounds and have fewer opportunities. The partners will ensure that the participants will bring a positive knowledge contribution for themselves and for the organization as well.
