Progress in Work

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of the participants by enhancing soft skills considered fundamental
in the labour market, To achieve it, we set the following objectives:
- To provide young people with knowledge about soft skills;
- To create a safe space for young people to practice and develop their soft skills and to give them tools for practice;
- To increase awareness of the importance of soft skills in personal and professional lives of young people;
- To boost young people’s self-confidence in personal and professional life;
- To motivate participants, especially those with fewer opportunities, to an active search for a job or professional training;
- To promote reflection and self-analysis both at a group and personal level for better awareness of oneself and one's
own abilities.
