The general aim is to use the most useful way to involve young people from our area in the local places’ youth activities, help them to develop their interests and ideas, create projects that can satisfy their common needs, to solve their problems, etc. Work with young people to produce individual support plans which identify and assess their needs and establish targets, active participation involving their creative abilities, intercultural awareness, self – confidence, social integration skills, and individual competencies

The Project Officer is responsible for identifying, developing and conducting Skill Development projects for youth aged 22-25 years in Turkey.
