Professional Football Club and Training Academy Operating with 400 Youth Athletes (Aged 13-17) Ready for KA1 & KA2 Erasmus+ Processes | OID: E10440832

Professional Football Club & Academy (Bandırmaspor) merges elite youth squads (13-17) with dual-career tracks, strategic partnerships & capacity building.

Bandırmaspor FC is a well-established professional football club competing in the Turkish 1st League. Through the Bandırmaspor FC Academy, we act as the definitive social, cultural, and educational beating heart of South Marmara. Distinct from traditional sports groups, we structurally merge elite football training with non-formal learning, physical literacy, digital balance, and psychological resilience.

For the upcoming Erasmus+ cycles (targeting Summer 2027), we are actively open to collaborating as a highly experienced HOST ORGANISATION, CO-DEVELOPER, or PROJECT PARTNER for KA152 Youth Exchanges, KA2 Cooperation/Strategic Partnerships, and Capacity Building initiatives alongside European coordinators.

WHY COLLABORATE WITH BANDIRMASPOR FC ACADEMY?
• Established Youth Delegations: We possess fully rostered male youth football squads consisting of 20 to 24 elite players for each age category between 13 and 17 years old (U14, U15, U16, U17 rosters). We are fully flexible to adjust our delegation size according to your project's strict capacity and budget.
• Absolute Discipline & Safety: Our youth delegations traveling abroad operate under strict European Child Protection Policies, managed directly by 4 UEFA-licensed professional coaches, selectors, and accredited academy education coordinators as group leaders ensuring flawless structural organization.
• Strong Institutional & Academic Framework: We operate under a formal institutional partnership protocol with Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University (Faculty of Sport Sciences). This scientific alliance systematically monitors and reports physical literacy, digital detox results, and psychological resilience profiles among our teenage athletes, ensuring evidence-based excellence.
• Proven School-Community Outreach: Every academic year, our professional staff and youth squads conduct regular, structured inspirational visits and educational sports workshops across local public schools, leveraging sports to counter screen dependency among children facing geographical and economic barriers.
• Mass Civic Mobilization: Every year on May 10th (10.05), our club coordinates a massive public health festival involving over 10,000 citizens conducted along the coastline to promote active lifestyles and mental wellbeing across generations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for experienced European Applicants, Coordinators, and Football/Sports Academies who are writing project proposals centered around: Grassroots Sport and Football Methodologies, KA2 Strategic Partnerships, Capacity Building in the field of Sport, Healthy Lifestyles, Digital Balance/Detox, Conflict Transformation, and Youth Active Citizenship through educational sports.
