PRISMA

PRISMA (Projects: Resources, Insights and Management - a Social Media Approach)

Objectives:
- to empower the participants in using social media tools for project management (collaborative work, time management, internal communication, visibility);
- to create a European network of organisations interested in developing their capacity through social media tools;
- to promote Erasmus+ framework in order to encourage participants to deve
lop future projects together;
- promoting cultural diversity in an European context;

Main activities:
- a training course for 20-30 participants (2-4 participants per organisation, 5-15 partner organisations) held between November, 29th and December, 7th in Bucharest, Romania;
- a local multiplication campaign (each partner organisation will have to organize at least one dissemination event at local level in order to promote at least one of the resources they experimented during the training course to at least 20 participants for minimum 2 hours) held at local level from December 2014 till April 2015;
- a final seminar to present the local multiplication results, to experiment the activities in a European Youth Capital (Cluj-Napoca), to set up a European network with stakeholders and to plan future projects. The event will be hosted from 16th to 20th of April 2015 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (European Youth Capital in 2015) being invited 1-2 representatives of each partner organisation;

Target group
Youth workers, project managers, youth leaders (over 18) from European and neighboring countries excepting Romania (check out the Program guide for a complete list, page 24). Partner organisation should be ready to take part in all activities mentioned above.
