Our project aims to develop psychosocial intervention programs based on the rehabilitation of the perpetrators to prevent domestic violence against women.
Our project aims to develop psychosocial intervention programs based on the rehabilitation of the perpetrators of violence in order to prevent domestic violence against women. In this perspective, it is planned to implement a sustainable and effective intervention model to minimize and change the violent behavior of perpetrators by increasing the knowledge and implementation capacity of professional staff.
Project outputs and expected results are as follows:
- Providing Behavior Change: As a result of interventions with perpetrators of violence, there will be a decrease in violent behavior and reintegration of perpetrators into social life.
- Enhanced Professional Capacity: Thanks to the trained staff, the quality of services for perpetrators of violence will improve and a standardized and measurable approach will be introduced.
- Institutional Cooperation and Coordination: Through inter-institutional cooperation mechanisms, work with perpetrators will be carried out in a more effective and holistic manner.
- Digitalization and Data Management: Thanks to the digital platform developed, processes will be managed more systematically and efficiently. This platform will facilitate training and reporting processes.
Target Group:
The target group to be included in the project are professionals such as social workers, psychologists, psychological counseling and guidance personnel, etc. who will work directly with perpetrators of violence.
The Partner Profile We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a partner to develop a perpetrator-focused rehabilitation and intervention program to prevent domestic violence against women. We would like to cooperate with international partners who will contribute to the psychosocial intervention module to be created for perpetrators of violence within the scope of the project and who will play a role in the effective implementation of this process and who can provide implementation or observation opportunities. In this context, the qualifications we are looking for partner organizations are as follows:
- Organizations that are active in the field of combating violence against women and have professional staff in this field.
- In particular, organizations that have experience in working with perpetrators of violence (preferably) and have been involved in rehabilitation processes for this group.
- Partners with knowledge capacity or experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of psychosocial intervention programs.
- Organizations with technical capacity to contribute to the development of digital tools within the project.
- Preferably with little experience in the field of erasmus+ KA210-VET. (This option is optional)
Our expectations:
- Partner organizations to actively contribute their knowledge and experience to the project.
- Participate in trainings, coordination meetings and awareness campaigns to be organized during the project.
- Contribute to the creation of the digital support mechanism and propose innovative approaches in this process.
