PREPARING DISABLED ADULT PEOPLE For NON-FORMAL EDUCATION AND BUSINESS LIFE

Our country lies behind European countries in vocational education for adults with disabilities. We would like to see the developments and practices on the spot in order to bring the services carried out by our municipalities for the disabled to a good level in terms of quality and to make them sustainable. We also aim to examine the legal regulations in Europe. We will then be able to compare the vocational education and employment processes for adult disabled people in Europe with our own legal processes. We are also looking at innovations, methodologies, practices, and regulations for vocational training, and to bring these innovations to our municipality and maintain our services in this respect.
