Polishing NGOs for Shinier Future

This TC is developed to satisfy the identified needs of YW to support them in the development of competencies needed for the development of NGOs resources

An enhanced and developed civil society is the most essential part of the social and democratic system and it’s a valuable asset in itself. Civil society representatives and enriches, unity and can bestow more effective policies, equitable and sustainable development and comprehensive growth. Civil society organizations, the institution has an important effect on fostering peace and conflict resolution. They are very active in the public field by articulating society’s concerns. With this in our mind, the project “Polishing NGOs for Shinier Future” is developed to answer and satisfy identified needs of our partner organizations and colleagues youth workers, leaders and trainers to support them in development of competencies needed for the development of civil society organization’s resources in order to raise quality work with the main focus on youth field.

The project “Polishing NGOs for Shinier Future” is developed to be applied within the scope of the Erasmus+ Key Action 1 “Learning Mobility of Individuals”- “Mobility project for young people and youth workers” with one main activity as training course under the title of Mobility of youth workers.

By this project, we want to impact and make positive changes on different levels – from local levels of partner organizations to the international level. We also want to have an impact on different target groups: young people in general and especially young people with fewer opportunities, youth workers and leaders, decision-makers and citizens in general.

This project is for youth workers, group leaders and project managers/coordinators-all those who are employed or actively involved in work of partner organizations on regular basis and who are in the position to develop organizational resources and sustainability and implement future activities. Minimum age of participants should be 18, considering the experience and approach to work. There is no upper age limit. Each sending organization should have at least one participant with fewer opportunity
