Polish - Czech culinary exchange

Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced a call for bilateral projects involving Polish and Czech institutions. We need only a Czech partner.

We are going to submit a project based on bilateral cooperation of local communities from a Polish village near Lublin, and a Czech town/village. It's based around idea of organizing a small folk festivities where culinary products/workshops can be presented. One such event would be located at Czech Republic and one in Poland, and accordingly a group from the other country will participate in it. The more detailed summary of this project idea and budget can be provided on your request.
Target group should be above 18+ without any further limitations.
The language of the project cooperation (and staff work) would be English as usual in Erasmus+ projects but according to the concept of this programme idea, participants from Poland and Czechia don't have to know foreign languages.

The project will include:
 One preparatory meeting in the Czech Republic, where the Polish and Czech project teams
will discuss substantive and technical details related to the events’ organization.
 Two international exchanges/festivities, one in Poland and one in the Czech Republic.
During the first exchange, the Polish group will attend a festival organized by the Czech
partner organization. They will present Polish recipes, prepare dishes to share with local
guests, and exchange experiences with their Czech counterparts. The festival will provide an
opportunity to showcase shared heritage and foster personal connections among
participants, as well as with representatives of local cultural, educational, and municipal
institutions.
A similar event will later take place in Poland, hosted by the community of Kozłówka.
This project targets 10 adults from the local community in Poland and 10 from the Czech
Republic. These individuals will provide recipes, prepare dishes, participate in the
international exchange, and host the visiting group in their area.
Other festival attendees in both Poland and Czechia are estimated at a minimum of 50
participants in each location. Indirectly, the project will also reach audiences through online
content and the publications issued.

Each of these events will be coordinated by the local festival organizer to ensure smooth execution,
proper attention to the visiting group, and the fulfillment of all logistical and infrastructural needs.
The recipes presented by both groups will be collected by local group leaders, accompanied by
photographic documentation and, where applicable, original sources. These will be edited (with
editing done on the Polish side) and translated by both partners into Polish, Czech, and English. The
publication, along with other project information, will be hosted on a dedicated subpage of our main
website (https://www.greenelephant-foundation.com/).
We will also regularly share updates about the project on our social media platforms (Facebook and
Instagram). The Czech partner will be required to conduct similar promotional activities. Content on
our website is maintained for many years and will remain available as long as the Foundation itself
exists.
