Training workshop in Spain for youth workers and youth trainers about the use of theatre exercises and games in non-formal educational contexts
Play’nTheatre (Jugar y Actuar), our weapons for peace in education
Because peace is not only the lack of war... is so much more! Is how we creatively manage our daily conflicts. Is how we understand ourselves and each other. Is how we change the world using nonviolence principles. Is how we teach and learn focused on building up a good life for all.
What:
A training workshop in Spain for youth workers and trainers about the use of theatre exercises and games in non-formaleducational contexts, that points out some of the key stones in the teaching-learning process. An extraordinary methodology based on the powers of playing and acting as opening spaces for questioning, creation, dialogue, freedom and happiness.
What for:
To contribute to the learning-teaching abilities of the participants from an inclusive and participative perspective.
To identify elements of the Play’nTheatre method as useful tools for the development of educational and social abilities in learners, from a cooperative model.
When:
November, 2014.

How:
Learning by doing. Play’nTeatre is a practical training workshop in which everyone will be doing (acting, dancing, talking, moving, singing, feeling, touching, laughing and relaxing…) from the very start until the end, while respecting every one’s rhythms and moods.
Please remember to bring your comfortable clothes and shoes!
As a basis of our philosophy, we will be working from :
