The overall aim of our project is to increase the competence of youth workers in order to ensure the integration of mentally disabled young people into society. Photography will be used as a tool to achieve this goal.
The specific objectives of the project are:
- To teach the participants the contribution of photography to personal and affective development.
- To show the basic photography knowledge to youth workers and to update their knowledge.
- To reveal the contribution of video and photo shooting to the sensual and social development of the mentally disabled.
- To increase the documentary shooting and editing skills of youth workers with mentally disabled young people through practice.
- To increase the green screen shooting and montage skills of youth workers with mentally retarded youth through practice.
- To raise awareness about mentally disabled young people being socialized through photography in the local community.

3 youth workers from each country who are at least 20 years old and have worked in the field for at least 3 years will participate in the project. Youth workers consist of people working in the field of mental disabilities.
