PEDAL: Physical Exercise for Development of Active Lifestyles

Erasmus+ Sport Small-scale project promoting recreational cycling, healthy lifestyles and grassroots sport through simple, inclusive community-based activities.

The project idea is developed as an Erasmus+ Sport Small-scale Partnership focusing on recreational cycling and healthy lifestyles.

The aim is to promote low-threshold, inclusive physical activity for adults and beginners who are not regularly involved in organised sport. Cycling and outdoor activities are used as accessible tools to encourage active lifestyles and community engagement.

The project foresees cooperation between grassroots sport organisations from different European countries, with an exchange of simple, transferable practices and pilot local activities adapted to each partner’s context.
