Peace Starts Here: Embedding Peace Education in Adult Learning

We are the largest Czech NGO working in social and educational fields, with strong experience in global education, civic engagement, and non-formal learning. Currently, we lead the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU project Building Bridges for Peace (2025–2027), empowering youth workers and young people in peacebuilding through artistic methods, intercultural dialogue, and digital tools.

For the next Erasmus+ round (KA122-ADU), we are developing Peace Starts Here: Embedding Peace Education in Adult Learning. The project will strengthen the competencies of adult educators, community leaders, and NGO staff in peace pedagogy, dialogue facilitation, and nonviolent communication. Planned activities include staff training and job shadowing in Scandinavia, followed by multiplier workshops in Czechia and the co-creation of a mini-toolkit for peace education in adult learning.

We are looking for a Scandinavian partner skilled in peace education to host mobilities, share methodologies, and co-develop tools with us.
