PEACE 4 GEN-Z was designed to build the capacity of institutions on how to transfer the main objectives of the Erasmus+ program to the group we call GEN-Z.
Project Objectives:
To strengthen the connection of the Gen-Z youth group with Erasmus+ values.
To collect data to understand the views and needs of young people.
To organize information and awareness raising trainings on Erasmus+ values.
To increase the capacity of associations working with young people and to prepare a guidebook to support the Erasmus+ generation.
Main phases of the project:
Survey Studies: At the beginning of the project, each organization conducts a survey with youth groups.
Aim of the survey: To measure Gen-Z's awareness of Erasmus+ values. To understand the needs of young people on psychological well-being, environmental sustainability, digital skills, intercultural awareness and European values.
Information and Training Activities: Training modules are developed based on the survey results.
Trainings cover: Erasmus+ values and opportunities. Themes in line with the project's PEACE (Psychological Well-Being, Environmental Sustainability, Advanced Digital Skills, Intercultural Awareness, European Common Values) initiative.
Methods to encourage active participation of young people. Booklet Preparation: After the trainings, each organization creates its own content. The contents are combined in a common template and turned into a guide booklet.
Booklet content: Gen-Z needs and views (with data from the survey results). Erasmus+ core values and strategies for connecting them with young people. Practical applications and sample activities.
Dissemination of the Booklet: Distribution to local youth associations, schools and youth workers. Free access on online platforms
