Path to Self-Knowledge

"Working with the enneagram empowers individuals to take responsibility for their own behaviors and growth, from a greater understanding of why they act and react the way they do,". This spot is the atarting point of our project. We believe that if a person, a youngster know the inner reasons of his/her own behaviors, he/she knows more about himself/herself. The ones who know themselves will surely understands others betters, establish more healthy relationships with others, discover their strengths and pursue a better career, etc.
As youth workers we need to know better how to communicate with youngsters, how to lead them to their future lives which will perfectly fit their abilities, strengths, skills and interests. That is why we would like to manage this training course and improve our own skills to reach the youngsters.
Date: 20-24 May 2019 (excluding the travel days)
Venue: Afyonkarahisar (capital of Thermal), Turkey
Number of participants: 30 three participants from each partner.
